Mechanical Supervisor – Frankfurt – Critical Facilities

We are currently partnering with an MEP Contractor operating throughout Mainland Europe, UK & Ireland. Due to continued success they are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to help aid further growth in Frankfurt Germany.

Responsibilities

Supervising Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of mechanical teams, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.

Maintaining Equipment: Ensure that all mechanical equipment, machinery, and systems are properly maintained, serviced, and repaired to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of mechanical work performed, ensuring it meets safety standards, technical specifications, and industry regulations.

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identify and resolve mechanical issues quickly, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity.

Training and Development: Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, helping them improve their skills and ensuring they adhere to best practices in mechanical operations.

Safety Compliance: Ensure all mechanical activities comply with workplace safety standards and regulations, fostering a safe working environment for all staff.

Requirements

• 3+ Years experience in a similar role
• Mechanical Engineering Qualification or equivalent trades background
• 3+ years of experience in Mechanical supervision within large-scale Mechanical installations. 

Benefits

€75,000 per annum + Package
